Your rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act

Please be advised that New Jersey State Chapter of P.E.O. does not sell customer information to anyone for any reason. However, we are required by law to include this opt-out to all California residents.

The California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) provides you with rights regarding how your data or personal information is treated. Under the legislation, California residents can choose to opt-out of the “sale” of their personal information to third parties. Based on the CCPA definition, “sale” refers to data collection for the purpose of creating advertising and other communications. Learn more about CCPA and your privacy rights.

How to opt-out

Again, we do not, under any circumstances, sell your information to third parties nor do we sell the data we collect to help personalize your experience on our website or through other communications. However, if you would still like to opt-out, please email NJPEOweb@gmail.com and add California Opt-Out in the Subject line.
